Born 6/14/1989 in McHenry, IL…Daughter of Mike and Maureen Scharf…Has two sisters: Megan (21) and Madeline (16).

High School:
Attended Johnsburg HS…Lettered in basketball and volleyball three years, and track and field four years. Was the captain of her volleyball, basketball, and track team senior year and was named all conference in basketball. She was also conference champion in the discus senior year, state qualifier in 3-point shootout, and received the team sportsmanship award in all three sports… Aside from athletics, was IHSA All-State Academic Team Honorable Mention, Vice President off NHS, Co-Editor in Chief of School Newspaper, Treasurer of Student Council, and was an Illinois State Scholar and a National Nominee for Wendy's High School Heisman.
