Joe was Most Valuable Runner his junior and senior year, Susquehanna Valley Conference 1st Team, received 4th in CC Districts and 30th in CC State. Joe was the Valedictorian of his high school class, and received the Joseph J. Roy Scholar Athlete Award along with a multitude of other academic honors. Joe lived in New Zealand for a while and his hobbies include ceramics, bass guitar, theatre, and reading in a hammock.
