Was a three-year letterwinner in wrestling and a two-year letterwinner in football at OPRF High School. Was named his team's Most Improved and Best Defensive Back in football. Was a three-time Regional Champion, two-time Sectional Champion, All-State and twice named the team's MVP for wrestling. Was fourth place in State for wrestling as well.
