| Site | Oakland Acres Golf Club (4 miles West of Grinnell, IA. On Hwy 6)

| Entry Info | $10 per athlete to a max of $125 per team, per gender. | To enter, click here |
| Trainers | Will be available in the white tent near the start line. Trainers will be on the course by 9:00. |
| Clerking | Runners must report to the starting line 10 minute prior to race time. Boxes will be clerked 5 minutes prior to the race. |
| Parking | Parking is located in the golf course lot (with designated area for buses only) or along Hwy 6. |
| Numbers | Numbers must be pinned to the front of the singlet. Do not pin the lower, tear-away section. |
| Chute | Please talk with your athletes about the need to keep moving in the chute. |
| Scoring | Numbers are recorded in the computer via a scanning device. |
| Awards | The top 30 runners will receive T-Shirts |
| Packets | Packets will be available at the course beginning at 9:00am |
| Restrooms | port-a-johns will be provided near the starting line. DO NOT use the restroom facilities in the clubhouse. |
| Results | Final results will be made available at the course and will also be on the Grinnell XC web site shortly after the race. |
