The Lilly Program has as one of its goals increasing opportunities for students at Grinnell
College to discuss matters of ultimate concern, and how we think about the challenge of
orienting our lives and careers around the basic values and commitments that give our
lives meaning. Accordingly, we have designed the curricular component of the Lilly
Program to provide classroom settings where such discussion is explicitly invited.
The following course offered in the spring semester of 2007 is being supported, in part, by funds from
the Lilly Program. See the Schedule of Courses or the Registrar's Office Course Information
site for course descriptions and class times.
