Sending a voice mail message without ringing the destination:(digital phone)

Dial DESTINATION mailbox
Press #
Record message
Press # or RLS

Transferring a caller to a voice mailbox:(digital phone)
(Digital phone)
Press TRANSFER
Enter 4317
Enter DESTINATION mailbox
Press #
Press TRANSFER (immediately after pressing the # key)

Forwarding your phone to voice mail:(digital phone)
Call the ITS Main Office if you would like your phone to automatically forward to voice mail on a busy signal or after 4 rings. To manually forward your phone:

Without lifing the hanset, press FORWARD
Enter the destination number 4316
Press FORWARD again

To cancel forwarding:
Without lifing handset, press FORWARD
