The Office of Human Resources is committed to the management of the employee benefits program, staff recruiting and retention, employment policies, training and development, student employment, staff classification and compensation, staff recognition, and employee relations in alignment with the values, vision, and mission of Grinnell College. It also coordinates other benefits, such as the retirement plan, cafeteria flex plan, COBRA, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security.
