Building Use

The College's cooling plant is set just south of 10th Avenue near the North Campus residence halls.
It is a state-of-the-art centrifugal chiller plant that was expanded from three 450-ton-capacity chillers with two additional 650-ton chillers and associated equipment. The new pumping system and underground distribution feeds buildings to the north of 8th Avenue.
