The ALSO program constantly seeks feedback from students in order to help us improve our teaching and learning practices. To help us in this endeavor, please take a few moments to complete this survey while the course is still fresh in your mind.

It consists of three parts --a self-assessment, an evaluation of your tutor(s), and an assessment of the program as a whole. If you had multiple tutors, please make sure to complete a form for each one. The total survey time should take no more than 15 minutes, and all answers will be anonymous and confidential.
