- Attend all practice sessions and be properly prepared for the exam.
- If, for any reason, you have to miss a practice session, please contact your tutor in advance.
- Please do not try to reschedule sessions to suit your change in plans. Tutors are also students and need time for their own studies.
- Your tutor will keep a record of your absences and your performance in practice session.
- You may ask your tutor to see your record at any time.
- Your final grade for the course will be based on your performance on the two evaluations, but the examiner will take into account your work throughout the term (based on your tutor's reports) when assigning a grade.
- As you have understood and agreed to in the contract in your application, there are NO WITHDRAWALS from the program, and no incompletes granted.
- Take a mid-semester exam and final evaluation with an outside examiner. Because the outside examiners will come from out-of-town or out-of-state, scheduling may be difficult. Consequently, there will be NO makeup evaluations.
- Return all materials borrowed from the program (or pay for them) in order to receive your final grade.
