Digital Media Studio

The Digital Media studio (BCA128B) is used to generate artwork that is entirely digital in nature and artwork that incorporates digital tools alongside traditional media.

Art students have access to this approximately 480 square foot studio that contains: Summa 48” D120R Vinyl Cutter Epson 9600 large format 44” inkjet printer Kodak Professional 9810 Digital Photo Printer VersaLaser VLS 2.30 16” x 20” laser cutter and engraver NuArc MSP-3140 exposure unit for photo-mechanical print media such as screen print and photo polymer plate intaglio and relief

Art students may check out the following equipment from the Digital Media studio: Canon Digital Rebel SLR cameras Digital projectors ProScope handheld digital microscope for still, video and time- lapse image capture Olympus digital mini sound recorders USB stereo microphones and mic stands
