NSF

Research Experience for Undergraduates Program (REU), in Biological Sciences, Ocean Sciences: The National Science Foundation supported site lists a variety of programs offered through institutions. The site lists the program, institution, contact information, and a few notes. Not much information is provided about each program, but it does provide enough contact information in order to gather more specific program information. The site is extensive and list opportunities in a variety of areas, including molecular biology, zoology, biological chemisty, nutrition, neuroscience, marine and ocean science.

NIH

Student Research/Training Programs includes biomedical summer internships; also Summer opportunities at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute for all undergraduates, employment and internship opportunities. Summer Internships in Biology: This website lists several opportunities for summer research. The programs listed are offered through universities throughout the country. The research areas include biomedical research, ecology and environmental studies, marine biology, as well as other biology opportunities. The list is extensive and provides links directly to the program.

Biostatistics
