We are in the process of planning a listserve for interested alumni and current majors
and faculty. Future topics of discussion might include articles of interest, technical
issues, and job searches. Email petersos@grinnell.edu
to be added.
Keep in
touch! We invite you to submit your name, contact information, and any news you'd
like to share with the Chemistry Department. Please include a graduating year in your
message.
The chemistry major has become increasingly attractive to Grinnell women students,
and many of these graduates have gone on to complete graduate and professional
degree programs. Of such students with advanced degrees, the 17 women
presented in this poster (WCGAP.pdf) are currently in teaching, research, or
administrative positions in colleges or universities. The GC Alumni website also offers inspiring stories from some of these women.
