Visiting Assistant Professor
Carolyn Jacobson specializes in Victorian literature, and her current
research looks at Victorian novelists who made use of various disease
theories to describe human relationships. She is also interested in
creative writing, particularly poetry, dramatic monologues, and
creative non-fiction. She received her B.A. from the University of
Iowa and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
