Underprivileged Youths & Music

I worked with a six person charity that focused on getting young adults involved with hip-hop music production, developing their talents through DJ, MC, and studio courses, and getting stage time for developing performers with concerts and record production. As with any small organization, I covered a lot of different tasks, from organizing outdoor shows to scheduling school outreach programs. I worked primarily with underprivileged teens, using our small studio and our traveling instructors to get new kids involved and help get them a chance of being "discovered".
