Grinnell-in-Washington

Neela Nandyal received her B.A. and M.S. in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For her Master's thesis, she conducted field research in Andhra Pradesh, India on the social and environmental factors contributing to debt accumulation among small farmers. Additional international adventures include a museum internship in London, study abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and assisting in scholarly research in Argentina. Neela joined the Office of Off-Campus Study in January of 2008, where she coordinates the Grinnell-in-London and Grinnell-in-Washington programs, and advises students on over 75 off-campus study programs throughout the world.
