Joe Ferrara holds a Ph.D. from Georgetown University, where he is now a Research Professor and Director of the Executive Master's Program in Public Policy. Before this, Joe spent 16 years in federal government, with assignments on Capitol Hill, the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Defense. Joe has been part of the Grinnell-in-Washington DC program from the very beginnning.
