Health Professions Advisory Committee
The Health Professions Advisory Committee (HPAC) at Grinnell College coordinates activities involving the preparation for careers in the health professions, and its members serve as advisors for students who are planning a career in one of the health care fields. The committee also gathers information for the evaluation of students, and is responsible for the preparation of committee letters of recommendation. Contact any member of the Health Professions Advisory Committee (see member list at bottom of this page) or the Career Development Office with questions you have about preparing for a career in one of the health professions.

HOW TO REQUEST A COMMITTEE LETTER:
FORM 1. If you are applying or reapplying to medical (or dental, vet, etc.) school starting in the 2013-2014 academic year (applications submitted Fall 2012), your deadline for submitting Form 1 is 10:00 PM on April 11, 2012.
FORM 2. Students need to submit Form 2 at least four weeks prior to the due date for the first committee letter. Get all forms here. Please contact us if you have any questions about the process of requesting a committee letter, 641-269-3172.
