Our staff works together as a team to promote our philosophy and mission statement. The Director and Assistant Teacher are required to maintain current certification in CPR and First Aid training, and mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training. Grinnell College Student Assistants receive Staff Training Handbooks, emergency procedure training, and training provided by the Director related to policies, child development and early childhood education. The Grinnell College Preschool is supervised by the Grinnell College Psychology Department; Dr. Ann Ellisis the direct supervisor of the program.
