ELIZABETH B. PATELKE (Russian and Independent Major). Elizabeth went ahead and got an MA in Russ. Langs. and Lit at Indiana University. Then she went to Chile for a couple of years and learned Spanish instead! She ended up in California and found work at a non-profit news publication that uses English-language newspaper reprints about Latin America (whew!).
