DR. HAROLD R. MOORE (Russian and Biology). Harold Moore spent all 4 years of his Grinnell education living in Russian House. He was a freshman and asked to fill out the last room in the original Russian House. He was the Commisar of Defense of the first Russian House! They were interviewed by the FBI who thought they might be dissedents and also by the Chicago Tribune.
He graduated Grinnell with a double major in Russian and Biology and went on to become a podiatrist for 20 years in Missouri and the last 5 years in Fort Collins, Colorado where he practices in both Wyoming and Colorado.
