She is sure Russian will come in handy when she pursues her dream of being a traveling nurse. She intends to master Spanish as well. She also presents her Russian experience (from visiting there with Grinnell in 1988-ish) to the local 2nd grade class annually!
Aside from nursing school, she keeps quite busy with her family, husband - Paul, Sean - 11, Tyrus and Elly - 10 year old twins, two Beagles, a cat, a tree frog and a Cockatiel.
Polly can be contacted at: Polly.McLachlan@swiftbrands.com.

Marjorie also assisted Professor Lubensky, Professor Gerald Ervin of Ohio State University, and Professor Donald Jarvis of Brigham Young University in the compilation of Nachalo, the first-year Russian textbook now used in our department.
