Leann Wilson (Russian/RCEES): Leann is currently in Russia on a Fulbright grant, spending 2007-2008 studying at St. Petersburg State University in a department providing Russian language instruction coupled with pedagogical training in Russian as a Foreign Language. By taking this dual approach to Russian language she hopes to develop my teaching skills while expanding her own command of the language through advanced coursework in Russian linguistics.
Julia Yansura (Russian): Julia is currently teaching high school Spanish at a private school in New Jersey. She reports that it is "challenging, exhausting, and incredibly fun." She hasn't yet found a way to use her Russian there, but she's looking for one!
