Our bulletin board basically presents our staff schedules and our waiting list, but its precise content varies from time to time during the semester. It will always contain a number of general announcements, and so on.
During the first week or so it will display our schedules for signing up credit students for standing appointments that run throughout the semester (see example). Most important here is that you not allow any student to sign up on one of these schedules without their having first spoken to one of the staff members and turned in the Green Sheet (see example).
After the first week these standing schedules will be replaced by our weekly schedules (see example). Students may add or remove their names from these schedules as they wish. A crossed-out spot can be made available to another student or one from the waiting list, but note that some of the staff may want notification before such a vacancy is filled. Also keep in mind that times and procedures for these schedules vary from staff member to staff member. AND OF IMPORTANCE, NO STUDENT IS EVER PERMITTED TO WRITE ADDITIONAL TIME SLOTS ONTO THESE SCHEDULES-ONLY STAFF MEMBERS MAY DO SO.
