I considered Grinnell because of its reputation for having a student body committed to social justice and activism. I chose Grinnell because when I visited, every student, administrator, and faculty member was so friendly and considerate.
What do you love most about Grinnell?
Grinnell gives students so many opportunities -- running a radio station, managing a sustainable economic program, writing and producing a play -- and these opportunities empower students to apply that same attitude to the world beyond Grinnell.
What advice do you have for prospective students?
There are no bad choices. People put you under a lot of pressure to find the "perfect" school for you. You can be happy at any of the schools you are looking at! The question is, which school would help make you the person you want to be?
