When Grinnell College Visits Your High School
Every fall, our admission staff fan out across the globe to visit high schools. Our goal is to meet any and all high school students who want more information about Grinnell. Here is why you should come say hello to us when you know we'll be visiting your high school:
- You'll learn something! Meeting admission representatives at your high school is a terrific way to learn more about Grinnell. Whether you are already determined to apply, or have only recently heard about Grinnell, we are excited to tell you as much as you want to know!
- You'll become a face, not just a name! We read A LOT of applications ... it is always nice for admission staff to be able to put a face (and personality) to the names we see on all of that paper.
- We'll de-mystify our admission process! We can explain our admission and financial aid process to you and put your mind at ease. Feel free to ask us questions about admission criteria, deadlines, and forms ... we are here to help you.
We travel throughout the United States as well as internationally ... your high school knows when we're coming to town! Keep an eye out for posters on the wall and emails in your inbox -- when Grinnell visits your high school, it will not be a surprise!
