Where are you from originally and what do you like most about living in Grinnell?
I was born and raised right here in Grinnell, Iowa. I can actually see the house I grew up in from my office window. While growing up I swore I would never come back after I graduated from high school but I’ve been back now for over 10 years and I’m lovin’ it! I didn’t appreciate how great Grinnell was until I wasn’t part of the community for awhile. Grinnell truly is the “Jewel of the Prairie”.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. When we aren’t busy hosting gatherings at our house or working on a project, I can be found searching for a bargain or trying an off the beaten path restaurant.
What do you like most about Grinnell students?
Grinnellians are an eclectic group. I love getting to know them and sharing experiences, passions and ideas. I’ve learned so much. I really feel that my life has been enriched because of them (hopefully some of them would say the same thing about me).
