Congratulations on your admission to Grinnell! 

 

To ensure successful completion of your registration, please have the following information ready:  

  • Program (date) you wish to attend.  RSVP to only one program
  • Overnight accommodations in residence halls are for students only.  Spaces are limited. The Overnight Policy and Release Form must be returned to the Office of Admission three days prior to overnight in order to secure the student’s overnight spot.
  • Student cell phone number
  • Travel plans, i.e., on campus arrival information
  • Do you wish to meet with staff from the Office of Student Financial Aid?
  • Have you spoken with a coach from the Athletic Department about participating in varsity sports?
  •  Names of others who are accompanying you to campus
  •  Contact cell phone number of a guest traveling with you

Online reservations will close the Wednesday prior to each program.  The day of the program you may register at the door, but overnight accommodations cannot be made at that time.  

Overnight accommodations for the student can be made for Thursday night before the program or Friday the day of the program.  Overnight accommodations are for one night only to allow room for all that would like to have the overnight on campus experience.

**If you are traveling alone by air, you will need to spend the night on Thursday and we can provide transportation to and from the Des Moines Airport.  Please make the appropriate shuttle selection in the online registration form.

After submission of your reservation an email confirmation will be sent with further information regarding your reception requests. If you have additional questions, contact the Office of Admission at 800-247-0113.
