Favorite class(es) - Sociology opened my eyes to social structures and functions I would have never otherwise notice, also Literary Analysis - by the end of the course, I was able to critically analyze not only reading materials but also day-to-day occurrences, and Biology - I learned how to write an effective scientific paper. I also enjoyed the hands-on experiences such as handling frogs.

What is the best thing about Grinnell? The best thing is the close relationship between staff members and students.

What is the worst thing about Grinnell? The very cold winter.

Why did you choose Grinnell? I wanted to acquire my college education in a small campus. I also felt welcome when I visited Grinnell before admission.

What should every prospective student know? Although Grinnell is somewhat isolated, students get to learn and experience things, ranging from on-campus activities to study off-campus.

What was the most memorable part of your visit as a prospective student? Having a lot of Grinnell students interested in knowing who I am, getting an unofficial tour from a very friendly Grinnellian.

What is your favorite Grinnell memory? The countless dining hall memories, the classroom discussions, talking to professors both in class and outside of class, the great art exhibitions, the volleyball team experiences, and of course, parties.
