The Pioneer Fund Phonathon program is back for the spring!

Phonathon is the student-calling program at Grinnell, sponsored by the Pioneer Fund. More than 30 current Grinnellians will be working for the Pioneer Fund this spring, calling alumni and parents on behalf of the College. Our students will be calling in February and April, and they'd love to talk to you! As Phonathon callers, their goal is to update your record, catch you up on what's going on at Grinnell, and talk to you about the Pioneer Fund. Our callers are also here to answer any questions you may have about Grinnell and the current state of the campus.

Last year, Phonathon raised $363,000. Thanks to generous alumni and parents, fall 2007 was a record-setting semester for Phonathon. Through our student calling, the Pioneer Fund received more than 2,400 pledges and gifts, and raised more than $375,000. Our students are excited and hope to continue that success. This spring the goal is to raise $165,000 with at least 1,000 alumni and parents giving a gift to the Pioneer Fund. With your help, the goal can become reality.

If you made a gift during the fall semester, thank you. If you haven't made a gift yet, our students look forward to talking with you this spring.
