For the second season in a row, Grinnell College’s Tim Hollibaugh has been named the Midwest Conference South Division Baseball Coach of the Year.
Grinnell claimed the South Division title for the third year in a row, including an outright crown for the second straight year, while going 11-1 in divisional play. In the past two years, Grinnell is a combined 23-1 in the South Division.
The Pioneers, who were 18-18 overall, also advanced to the MWC Championships for the third consecutive season.
This is Hollibaugh’s fourth Coach of the Year award. The North Coach of the Year this season is Dave DeGeorge of Beloit College.
