Graduated from Hannibal High School in 2011, where he received four varsity letters in soccer… Elliot was Class 2 All-State Honorable Mention in 2010, First Team All-District 2010, First Team All-Conference 2010, 2009/2010 Team MVP, 2010 Offensive MVP, Team Captain 2009/2010, First Team All-District 2009, Second Team All-Conference 2009, and was a District Champion in 2007… during his high school career he scored 32 goals, 8 which were game winning (school record).. besides athletics Elliot was a member of National Honor Society, a National Merit Commended Student, a part of the Missouri Scholars Academy 2009, and Missouri Boys State 2010, and received the Jack Kubisch Forensic Award.
