INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Barely 12 hours after completing a successful run at the NCAA Division III National Swimming and Diving Championships, Grinnell College’s Michael Brus ’14 was back in the pool again — and enjoying more success.
Brus qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in the 200-meter backstroke Sunday morning with a time of 2:04.70. The cutoff time was 2:04.99.
The Olympic Trials are slated for June 25–July 2 in Omaha, Neb.
