Entries are due April 15, 2009, by 5 p.m. at Raceberry Jam. Scratches only after entry deadline. NO ADDITIONS. For the hammer and discus, entries are limited to three per school per gender. Entries are $10 per athlete up to $150 per team ($300 for both men and women)

Facility: 400m Synthetic track and runway surfaces. All new top-of-the-line hurdles, pits, standards, and a world-class throwing cage for the discus and hammer. The new steeple hurdles include an adjustable hurdle for the women's race. Timing is by Lynx timing system.

Scoring: Separate and combined division scoring for men and women.

Results: Will be posted as the events are completed. Results will also be posted on the web site upon completion of the meet.

Awards: Awards will be given to first-place finishers in events.

Weigh-in: Weigh in for hammer throws (M and W) will be at 7:30-8:00am in the track shed at the SW corner of the track. All other throws will weigh in at 8:00-9:30.

Spike Length: ¼ pyramids only. No pin spikes allowed.

Athletic Training: A trainer will be stationed in the track shed. Please bring your own tape if you need to utilize the trainer.

Parking: Due to construction of our new athletic facility, team vehicles will be directed to drop off athletes and equipment at the driveway entrance to the track on 10th Avenue. Team vans will be directed to the tennis court parking lot. Team buses can park along 10th Avenue east of East Street.
