Stephanie Rouse ‘13 of Grinnell College earned All-Region honors by placing 21st at the NCAA Division III Central Region Women’s Cross Country Championships Saturday in Waverly.
Rouse had a time of 22:49.1. Following her for Grinnell were Sarah Burnell ’14, who was 38th in 23:26.8, and Hannah Colter ’12, 39th in 23:30.5.
Rounding out Grinnell’s scorers were Meg Rudy ’14 (79th in 24:19.5) and Metzere Bierlein ’13 (83rd in 24:48.8). Diana Seer ’15 added an 88th place finish in 24:31.9 and Cassidy White ’14 was 89th in 24:33.4.
The individual champ was Linda Keller of Minnesota-Morris in 21:44.6.
Wartburg won the team title with 63 points. Grinnell finished 10th with 260.
