H&R has incorporated our suggestions with respect to redesign of the
stair towers and the removal of the “Ernie” elevator.

There were three options for the northeast stair/loading dock area, plus a solution for
the northwest stairs which goes with all three options. All links for these drawings are
PDF files. See the table below to find
out SQ FT of affected rooms. Note: room #1506 is the Chemical Waste Storage.
Northwest Stairs revised, this goes with all three of the options that follow.
Option 1 and 2 Site Plan. Similar so there is one site plan representing both Options 1 and 2. Symmetry is maintaind across the entire front of the building. A canopy would cover the outdoor loading dock/leveler and steps
