This year the areas of greatest need for support through the Pioneer Fund:
  • Financial accessibility with need-blind admission. While the cost of education rises, donors ensure students to continue their course of study regardless of their changing means.
  • Ongoing College and program support. From Student Government to athletics, study labs to foreign language instruction – all maintain the intimacy of the Grinnell learning environment.

Student guitarist Giving shows you are part of the Grinnell community. You are part of our active community, filled with people who love their experiences here and want to continue to be part of Grinnell's life. As an alumnus, parent, or friend, you choose to stay connected and include the College in your mix of philanthropic priorities.

Enrich the Grinnell Experience

Your gift to Grinnell ensures that students will receive the special opportunities and additional financial assistance they need and deserve. Generous donors make possible many wonderful programs, scholarships, and day-to-day perks for our hard-working students. Annual giving allows the College to create, maintain, and augment the unique academic and social opportunities that make Grinnell a world-class institution.

Pay It Forward

As an alumnus, think about your time at Grinnell—the lectures, study breaks, trips, and research you took part in. A gift to Grinnell ensures current students continue to have the opportunities you did. By giving back you demonstrate Grinnell is important to you and that you want us to continue pursuing the educational mission set forth by the Iowa Band so many years ago. As a parent or friend, you value the pay off of investing in education. A Grinnell education prepares students for their generations' challenges.

Say Yes to Grinnell

When you give to Grinnell, you are voting with your dollar. You are saying "yes" to Grinnell. You say "yes" to the academic experience; "yes" to the College's mission; and "yes" to the study of liberal arts. It's as simple as that—you support meaningful, worthwhile education, and we thank you. Where does my gift go?

As an alumnus, a parent, or a friend, your gift—together with the gifts of thousands of others—gives Grinnell students the excellence we expect for them and demand of them.
