Kunal Sachdev

Kunal earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University in Illinois. Kunal earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago and his master's degree in Psychology from Midwestern University in Illinois. Prior to joining SHACS, Kunal worked at the State University of New York in Oneonta, New York. Kunal had the opportunity to provide assessment services at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. He also worked at an alcohol and substance abuse treatment center at Central Dupage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois. Some thoeries and techniques Kunal frequently uses are cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential. His professional interests include: AD/HD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, problem solving, diversity issues, and positive psychology. Outside of work, Kunal enjoys spending time with friends and family, sports, traveling, reading, riding cars and motorcycles, video games, and exploring new hobbies.
