You transform Grinnell

While the world operates with a calendar year, Grinnell College (like many institutions of higher education) utilizes a fiscal year. Our fiscal/academic year starts July 1 and goes to June 30.

Online

  • Make a gift online
    You can make a gift via our secure, online giving site using a credit card or a bank account. It's the quickest way to make your impact on Grinnell students. You can also fulfill your pledge or increase your commitment.
  • Make a pledge online
    Using this form, you can arrange how much you intend to give, and how many pledge balance reminders you would like to receive from the College.
    Note: A pledge merely identifies your intent to make a gift, and authorizes the College to issue reminders of this intent. By filling out a pledge form, you are under no obligation to make a gift right now.
  • Payroll deduction for Grinnell College employees
    You can arrange how much you'd like deducted (before taxes) per Grinnell College paycheck.

  • Call the Pioneer Fund office on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time to make a gift over the phone. Any member of our office staff can assist you in choosing a gift option and taking your credit card (or bank account) information.

    During the academic year, you may receive a phone call from one of our trained student representatives. You can use this conversation to make a pledge or gift or to find out more about giving options.

  • Reimbursements and Gifts in Kind
    If you incur expenses while volunteering for the College, coordinate with staff to either apply for reimbursements or to make your expenses a gift
  • Employer Matching Gifts
    Many employers will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Please, check to see if your employer does.
