Connecting breath and movement, this short 30 minute yoga practice offers a mid-day break from the stresses of normal day to day movement and thought patterns. Enjoy warming, yet gentle, strength-building poses balanced by the release of hip openers and invigorating chest openers. Each class ends in a period of relaxation allowing one's body to "reset", helping you move into the remainder of your day feeling refreshed.
