The collection features over 70 works by 20 artists who worked in Germany between the world wars. The exhibition was curated by students in Professor Jenny Anger's exhibition seminar using the Goldman collection and other works in the Grinnell College Art Collection. |

 | Wake Up Little Susie April 5-28, 2002 Herrick Chapel A mixed-media sculptural installation about pregnancy, abortion and race in postwar, pre-Roe v. Wade America, created by Kay Obering, Cathleen Meadows, and Kathy Hutton in response to the book by the same name by scholar Rickie Solinger. The piece was presented in the chapel to facilitate discussion and use by many constituents. Exhibition and events were co-sponsored by Gender and Women's Studies; Center for Religion, Spirituality and Social Justice; and Faulconer Gallery. |
