Node IDs (nids)
If you know the ID of any node you want to go to, just enter "grinnell.edu/node/12345" (where "12345" is the nid). If you want to go straight to the editing interface of that node, go to "grinnell.edu/node/12345/edit." This is especially useful to locating images or files that are referenced on other nodes.
Creating Content
If you need to make a new node and already know the name of the content type, go to "grinnell.edu/node/add/content-type-name" where "content-type-name" is the name of the content type with any spaces replaced by dashes.
For example, to make a new event series node, go to "grinnell.edu/node/add/event-series."
Alternately, you can go to "grinnell.edu/node/add" to see a list of all available content types.
