College Open on Tuesday, January 17

College officials met this morning and determined that Grinnell College will be open per usual today, January 17. The Facilities Management team has treated the roads and sidewalks once and will again shortly, and the Iowa DOT reports that roads in our area are “seasonal.” Please take caution as you drive to work or move about campus, as patches of slick ice do appear. If you have to drive a great distance to work, we encourage you to exercise good judgment and discuss any delays or absences with your supervisor.
