The 2014 BCS Championship may be the last of its kind, before it changes into a new format in the following years.

Tournament of Roses Executive Director William Flinn will talk about this and other information regarding the 2014 Vizio BCS National Championship game during the Pasadena Quarterbacks luncheon on Friday, November 1 at 11:30 a.m.

“The reality is we are doing the last BCS National Championship Game in its current format, and in 2015 it’s all going to change,” Flinn said.

Flinn will be joined by Flintridge Prep football coach Antonio Harrison in the luncheon at Brookside Country Club.

“We’ll probably hit upon the BCS National Championship Game which will happen on the 6th of January here in Pasadena and kind of concentrate on the plans, the different celebrations that are happening in connection with the 100th anniversary of the Rose Bowl game,” Flinn said.

Another topic that Flinn is set to discuss is the history and behind-the-scenes of the 100th Rose Bowl game.
