Going to D.C.? Send Us a Postcard!
The inauguration of Barack Obama as president of the United States is an unprecedented event, and we know some of you will be there when he takes the oath of office. It's a big day for all Americans, and we'd like to cover it in The Grinnell Magazine and on the Grinnell College website.
We're asking alumni who are planning to attend the inauguration to send us a photo and a few words -- basically, an online postcard describing the experience. Send a high-resolution photo of at least 300 d.p.i. to grinmag@grinnell.edu, along with a paragraph of about 100 words telling your story. We'll publish as many as possible on the website, and some will be included in The Grinnell Magazine as well.
