Grin City Collective artist residency, part of the Grinnell Area Arts Council, has a Kickstarter fundraiser going right now and can use any publicity we can get to meet our fundraising goal. Grin City is co-directed by Molly Rideout '10 with Jordan Scheibel '10 as head gardener.
Through the Kickstarter website, we are attempting to raise $10,000 in 30 days to help fund artist studio renovations. We will be renovating 2 buildings on the residency farm into 2 visual arts studios and 4 writers studios. We have only 17 days left and are just shy of the halfway mark.
