Vice President Joe Biden tailored his talk at Grinnell College this afternoon to the crowd's sizable student contingent, talking up the Obama administration's efforts on college affordability and repeatedly lauding what he called the "9/11 generation."
"You are destined to be the greatest generation in this country's history," he told the crowd of more than 700, "but it really matters what you inherit, and what you inherit in the very near term."
