Institutional Identity Documents Now Available

As Patti Crane has discussed in her campus presentations, CRANE’s institutional identity documents are now available online. See:

The paper and presentation summarize CRANE's deep study of everything Grinnell: their numerous individual and group conversations with faculty, staff, and students; phone interviews with Trustees, alumni, students, parents, and college counselors; and their thorough review of our institutional documents and history, including online and print materials, strategic planning reports, Art & Science findings, campus climate surveys, and more.

The documents include the CRANE team's impressions of Grinnell's distinctive qualities and present insights into aspects of the College that they feel may be hampering our ability to present our best selves.
