Krauss selected for NCAA National Cross Country Meet

Dan Krauss '12 of Grinnell College has been selected to compete in the NCAA Division III National Cross Country Championships on Nov. 21 at Highland Hills Golf Course in Highland, Ohio.

A total of 32 teams and 56 individuals, the first seven athletes from each region who were not a part of a qualifying team, were picked to participate in the national meet.

Krauss, who ranks among the fastest Pioneers in the history of the program, turned in an All-Central Region performance Saturday at Oakland Acres Golf Course. He finished 13th in the meet with a clocking of 25:26.3.

The national meet begins with the women's race at 10 a.m. Central time, followed by the men's race at 11 a.m.
