Meet a Hall Wellness Coordinator

Favorite wellness tip: Practice gratitude. Spend a few minutes before bed identifying five things that went well today. Then, for at least three of these things, think about what role you played in creating this positive outcome. Since April, I have been keeping a gratitude blog with pictures, and it has given me a considerably more positive outlook on my life.
Additional info: I am currently working to develop a wellness center for the college that would include meditation, yoga, art, music, and aroma therapies, strengths-based coaching and a wellness library. I was inspired to create the center after studying positive psychology (the study of human flourishing) in the spring of 2013.
